Under no circumstances will Icebound lend or sell information about individual users of our service to any party outside of Icebound.

What We Collect and Receive

Cookies — We use cookies (small data files transferred to computers or devices by websites) for record-keeping purposes and to enhance the functionality of our website. You can disable or restrict the use of cookies by changing your web browser settings. Cookies that have already been stored can be deleted at any time.

Usage data — when you visit our site, we will store: the website from which you visited us, the parts of our site you visit, the date and duration of your visit, your anonymized IP address, information about the device (device type, operating system, screen resolution, language, country where you are located, and web browser type) you used during your visit, and more. We process this usage data in Matomo Analytics for statistical purposes, to improve our site, and to detect and prevent any misuse.

Account — when you have an account on our site, we store information such as your name, email address, and details about your organization. As otherwise described in this Privacy Policy, we will process this information solely to provide you with the service you signed up for.

Location Information – We collect and process location information when you use our service. We do not track your device’s location when you are not using the service. However, in order to use some of our features—such as displaying your location on a map, activity tracking, and route recording—you must allow us to track your device’s location in the background. If you would like to stop device location tracking, you may do so at any time by turning off the tracking function or revoking location permission.

Use of External Services

Depending on the modules used, AddSpatial can connect to external services. This may result in third parties collecting information about you. Here, we refer to the terms and conditions for each service.

Your Rights

You have the right to be informed of the Personal Data processed by Icebound, as well as the right to rectification/correction, erasure, and restriction of processing. You also have the right to request from us the Personal Data you provided to us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format. We can only identify you through your email address, and we can only comply with your request and provide information if we have Personal Data about you because you have contacted us directly and/or used our website and/or service. We cannot provide, rectify, or delete any data that we store on behalf of our users or customers. In addition, you have the right to file a complaint with the data protection authority in your jurisdiction.

Information Sharing

Icebound does not share app information with companies, organizations, or individuals.
Icebound may authorize subsidiaries or other trusted companies or individuals to process application data. This will always be done based on our instructions and in accordance with our privacy policy and other privacy and security measures.
